Be Kind To Yourself In Moments of Uncertainty

Hi!
Last week my head was in the clouds and I wasn't feeling my best. I wanted to write a short piece on being kind to yourself because we tend to apply too much pressure when things don't go our way. I hope these words give you strength and encouragement to keep pushing through. Enjoy.
I felt myself feeling unsettled and a little uneasy, knowing that I haven’t fully grasped a job quite yet. And that may be fine in the now, but it’s still an uncomfortable feeling hanging over me. I had to reframe myself and find the good and joy in the present, because believe it or not, time is fleeting and waits on no one. And while your predicament may be different than mine, I know we can both get a clear understanding on how we feel dealing with our situations.
Despite everything, things are looking up for me, and if you’re reading this, this applies to you as well. We must remain thankful for everything and everyone we have now. Remind yourself that better days are coming, even though it may seem as if nothing is changing in the natural.
I know this might sound crazy, but breathe. Take a deep breath in, and then release. Don’t apply too much pressure on yourself. You’re already carrying enough weight on your shoulders. Just remember to think positive and uplifting thoughts.
